Refund & Damage Policy

⚠️ Important: These are handmade ceramic pieces. Ceramics are fragile by nature. We pack every order with care, but please read this policy before purchasing.
Damaged on Arrival
We take packaging seriously. Every piece is individually wrapped in protective materials before shipping. However, international shipping involves multiple handoffs, and we cannot guarantee against all damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at leodyu498@gmail.com.
To process your claim, you must provide:
- A photo of the outer shipping box (showing any external damage)
- A photo of the inner packaging (showing how the item was packed)
- A clear photo of the damaged item(s)
Damage claims submitted after 48 hours of confirmed delivery may not be accepted, as we cannot distinguish post-delivery handling from shipping damage.
Based on the photos and our review, we will offer one of the following:
- A replacement of the damaged piece (subject to stock availability)
- A partial refund proportional to the damage
- A full refund if the item is not usable and replacement is unavailable
Cancellations Before Dispatch
If you change your mind before we ship your order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders cancelled before dispatch will receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Because we confirm shipping manually and send payment links, there is typically a window of 24–48 hours between payment and dispatch. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.
Returns for Change of Mind
We accept returns for unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns
- A refund (minus original shipping cost) will be issued once we receive and inspect the item
We do not accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.
Shipping Costs & Refunds
Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable, with the following exceptions:
- The item was damaged during shipping
- We sent the wrong item
- We were unable to fulfill the order after payment
In those cases, shipping costs will be refunded in full.
Lost Packages
If tracking shows your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
